Regrettably we are not able to accept pets at this property. Please note any breach of this will incur a fine

Hot Tub & Sauna Off Season:

During off season (November-March inclusive, excl holidays) the hot tub will only be available as an option extra at £150 per stay.

Exclusions include the following for 2025-2026:

  • Christmas '25 and New Year - 23rd Dec to 2nd Jan inclusive.
  • February half term: 14th-22nd Feb '26 inclusive
  • Early Easter Holidays: 28th-31st March '26 inclusive
  • Christmas '26 and New Year 22nd Dec-2nd Jan inclusive

Quiet hours:

Guest must note that quiet hours are in place 11pm-7am out of courtesy for our lovely neighbours.

Cleaning and Consideration:

We kindly ask that guests leave the property in the condition they would hope to find it. This is a much-loved home, not just a holiday rental. Any extra cleaning or excessive rubbish removal may incur additional charges, so we really appreciate your care and consideration. We ask that both the BBQ and Log Burner are returned to a clean condition if used. Failure to do so may incur additional cleaning charges.

Guests with Limited Mobility:

Due to the 5 steps down to the property entrance and then accommodation being arranged over 3 floors, Glencaple Tower may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
